About BucketHead Bricks

We sell both high quality used parts and guaranteed new parts.

For us new means that the part has never been played with.  It was either personally removed from its sealed bag by me or bought from Lego's Pick a Brick wall.   New means it has NEVER been built with.  It is posssible that a new part could have become scratched in the sealed bag or while at the Pick a Brick wall.  

All orders ship within 1-3 days of recieving the order!  We will always attempt to have your order ready within 24 hours, but sometimes that will not be possible.  If for some reason it will take longer we will attempt to let you knonw.  

Our best effort will be put forth to provide quality used elements. Please be aware that some knicks and imperfections may be noticeable from normal play. We do not sell any pieces that we would not be happy to recieve.

All parts are stored in a smoke-free, sun-free, air conditioned environment.  ALL used parts are washed, no matter how clean they seem when I acquire them. 

Sets without boxes come taken apart in a zipped bag. All elements in a set are in top notch condition unless stated otherwise. 

USED minifigures come assembled in a small zipped bag. Unless otherwise noted, all minifigures for sale are in great condition. 

NEW minifigures come unsassembled with all parts in a small zipped bag. 

Order Requirements

We have  $1.75 USD minimum order and currently we have no minimum lot set for our store.

Packaging

• Orders will be packed carefully and neatly in either a bubble mailer or box (if some parts are fragile)
• We try to use as much recycled plastic as possible and as such some shipping boxes/ Envelopes and internal bags may be reused. Lots may be combined to save on waste.   Please contact us if that would not work for you.  
• Parts will be bagged in a reasonable number of mini zip-lok bags, we aim to make it easy for you to sort out. We tend to pack new and used parts separately.  
• You may make a (reasonable) request how we pack an order such as same color in one bag etc.  We will attempt to satsify your requests when possible.

Shipping Information

• Currently we only ship to the US using USPS Ground Advantage.  
• We are looking to provide local pickup for people in the Northern Atlanta suburbs.  If interested please ask as this is not yet a service we are providing.  
• We aim to get your order dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received/cleared.  
• If your order is complex and/or with a large number of lots it may take a little extra time
• We attempt to provide tracking numbers on all orders.  

** Incorrect Items **

We do our best to distinguish between similar colors or part variations  but due to production changes there may be some variations. Most errors will be caught during the picking process but we are only Human. 

If You have Missing or Damaged Pieces Please Contact us Immediately through Brick Owl so we can come to an agreement on how to resolve the issue. We will work with you to provide some reasonable options on how to fix the problem.  

Feedback: 

Feedback is a major part of our small business, we will generally leave feedback as soon as the order has been shipped. We ask that as soon as you receive your order you mark it received even before checking contents for accuracy. Once contents are checked for completeness and accuracy we would love if could mark the order as Complete and leave Feedback.  We appreciate all Feedback.
